Trademore-SBE offers a platform for students to operate a real business while they are in schools. These Trademore-SBE's (SBE) companies carries out enterprise's business procedures, products and services.  Under the guidance of a trainer or coach and business mentors, students and trainees create their SBE from:

  • product development & production,
  • distribution & sales,
  • marketing & human resource
  • accounting/finance, to
  • web design.
As “employees” of the SBE, student are responsible for its performance and through the learning-by-doing methodology trainees develop ownership competences:
  • carry out market research,
  • place advertisements,
  • buy inventory,
  • plan logistics,
  • sell simulated goods or services,
  • pay wages, taxes, benefits, etc.
Each SBE engages in business activities, both national and international, with other companies within the Trademore platform, following standard commercial business procedures and frameworks. Trade transactions and financial exchanges take place for orders, invoices are issued, payments transferred, financial records maintained, including information about creditors, debtors, stockholders, etc.
